How often should you have a sports massage?

How often would depend on your individual factors of age, stress levels, physical state, exercises/activity intensity, frequency, duration and type. For some individuals receiving a sports massage once a week maybe suitable, whilst others once every 6-8 weeks maybe more appropriate.
